Ensemble

Big/Little Form

Our ensemble teams have a special mentorship program where dancers are paired as Big Sisters/Brothers and Little Sisters/Brothers to encourage friendship, support, and camaraderie within the team.

Participation is optional but highly encouraged. If you sign up as a Big, please make sure you are willing to take the time to interact with your Little at competitions and throughout the year. This program is not meant to be expensive—gifts are not expected (though some dancers may choose to exchange small tokens at competitions).

Please let the office know by September 15 whether they DO or DO NOT wish to be included, so we can create the pairings. We’ll do our best to match dancers based on interests, hobbies, dance styles, and personalities. Pairs may remain together for up to two years if both dancers wish.
