     Since opening its doors in 1928, Floyd Ward School of Dance has been leading the way in offering a fun, family friendly program to the children of the Roanoke Valley and beyond. We offer classes for every dancer at every age and skill level in a variety of dance styles including tap, jazz, ballet, ballroom, pointe, contemporary/modern, hip hop, lyrical, musical theatre, and clogging.

Our owners and instructors are passionate about sharing the art of dance with our community and take pride in offering quality dance education. We will celebrate our 100th year in the year 2028 and we look forward to sharing our love of dance with all who want to dance with us!
